  1. My MB318 is not working: First, Plug your keyboard securely and directly into a USB or PS/2 port on your computer to see if you are not plug it properly. Second, Try plugging your keyboard into a different USB or PS/2 port to see your port may be the cause
  2. Key does not follow MB318 types: First, Clean your MB318 USB port and all key with a soft cloth. Second, Try using your keyboard with another computer.
